Q: How long does it take to manufacture a house?

A:Normally it will take 25 days to complete a tailored house after the order is processed, we have a large capacity production line, whether you order one set or ten sets, the manufacture time still around 25 days.


Q: How long it will take for the shipment to Australia port?

A: Normally we will allow 4-6 weeks for the shipment. 


Q: what are the main features of the expandable house?

A: Our expandable homes are designed for affordability and quick installation without compromising quality. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The living areas and bedrooms are also optimized. The electrical wiring and plumbing are pre-installed to the maximum in our manufacturing facility, allowing for a hassle-free setup upon delivery. 


Q: Are expandable houses insulated?

A: Our Expanders are built for comfort with excellent insulation. We use high-quality 50–75 mm EPS panel for the walls and roof, combined with double-glazed windows throughout, ensuring comfortable living conditions  all year-round.


Q: can I customize my house?

A: Yes, customization is available at the buyers’ instructions. We provide many options in layout, cladding, floor board, roof , balcony etc.


Q: Are there any extra options?

A: Yes, we offer various optional extras, such as:

- Cladding system enhancements

- Pitched roof and gutters

- Exterior decking

Q: Is installation included in the purchase?


A: We do not provide installation services directly, but we do provide a detailed installation manual with an installation video, which will guide you step by step till complete installation.

All electrical wiring and plumbing are pre-installed at our facility, so you will only need to connect the unit to the main power, water, and sewerage systems.


Q: do your expendable houses include hot water system and air-conditioning system?

A: Our Expanders do not include a built-in hot water system or air conditioner unit, as the choice is highly personal and depends on your available power source. However, we can customise power point placement to suit your preferred unit.


Q: what type of foundation is required for the expanding house?

A: Our expandable homes can be placed on various types of foundations, including slabs and piers. 

The appropriate foundation depends on factors such as local building codes, site conditions, and personal preferences. 

We provide a detailed footing diagram to simplify installation. It’s important to consult a professional to determine the best foundation for your site.


Q: Do I need council approval for the expandable house?

A: Our standard expanders do not fall under the Class 1a building category as defined by the Building Code of Australia (BCA). 

When paired with trailers, they may be considered caravans, which in some areas may not require council approval. However, it’s important to check with your local council before purchasing, as regulations vary.  


Q: Do your expandable houses comply with CDC and DA standards?

A: Our upgraded Expander range now features a 2.4 m internal ceiling height throughout, it is compliant with building codes. 

For uses other than transportable or temporary dwellings, we recommend consulting your local council to ensure all regulatory requirements are met. 


Q: What certificates do your expandable homes have?

A: Our expandable homes come with SAA electrical certifications and Watermark certification for plumbing, ensuring compliance with Australian standards.


Q: Are your product Australian made?

A: Our Expanders are manufactured overseas to maintain cost efficiency and provide the best possible pricing for our customers. 

While production takes place offshore, all units are built to strict Australian standards to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.


Q: can I relocate the expandable houses?

A: Yes, our expandable homes are designed for mobility. If placed on a trailer, they can be transported to different locations. However, it is important to disconnect all utilities properly and secure the unit for transport. We recommend consulting professionals for safe relocation.


Q: Are expandable homes durable and ale to withstand harsh weather conditions?

A: Yes, our homes meet local building codes and are designed to withstand various weather conditions, including heavy rain and strong winds. The materials and construction methods provide durability comparable to traditional housing.


Q: What is the payment structure when purchasing an expandable house?

A: A 50% deposit is required to secure your order, with the remaining 50% balance payable upon arrival notice.


Q:What warranty do you offer on the expandable houses:

A: We provide a 3-year warranty on the exterior structure and a 1 year warranty on the interior components, covering structural elements and installed systems.
